Floorplan Description

This is our Melrose floorplan, a 2 bedroom apartment in Flowood featuring two bathrooms, 1,018 square feet of living space, and many upgrades such as faux-marble countertops, new hardware, two-tone paint, wood plank flooring, and a USB charging station in the kitchen. The full-size kitchen is complete with an ice maker, self-cleaning oven, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and refrigerator. This floorplan also includes a separate dining room, walk-in closets, extended patio/balcony area with outdoor storage, and washer/dryer connections.
